Taking a chill pill

As much as we would like to “stay consistent” with some work that we are doing, I think we never admit the fact that we often get burnouts. We get lost into the apps that we build, we spend so much time and energy into it, we forget that it’s gotten dark and we need to have dinner now. And when you finally take your mind off it to give yourself some rest, the unease stays, and the urge to continue working. But as much as we want to work on these things, we need to give ourselves the rest we deserve from what we do.
A larger proportion of the bugs I’ve solved in the past are when I took a good few hours away from the problem I was facing. That too, with the best solutions possible.
I might just be making an excuse not to get back into the #Project:BioASQ project today. But it is okay. Sometimes working full force into something makes you dislike it, and I don’t want this project to end up like the other projects I started to dislike and not wanna get back into.
